Product Specialist (Drones/sUAS)

Location: USA; remote role with onsite customer demonstrations and up to 75% travel

Salary: $65,000–$95,000 per year, plus equity and commission.

What you will do

• Support customer-facing demonstrations of hirify.global hardware and software solutions.
• Fly drones, troubleshoot product issues, and partner with field technical account executives during live demonstrations.
• Prepare equipment, operational briefings, contingency plans, testing procedures, and post-demonstration debriefs.
• Manage and maintain demonstration trucks, drone stations, sUAS kits, and related equipment.
• Drive DFR trucks and provide onsite support for client meetings, demonstrations, and field events.
• Complete recurrent training and technical certifications while maintaining safe and compliant operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA and able to travel up to 75%.
• Customer service or customer success experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA Part 107 pilot license and current certifications.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record of at least two years, and ability to pass a DMV evaluation and background check.
• Ability to diagnose problems and communicate effectively in changing field environments.
• Experience or working knowledge of sUAS operations, FAA Part 107, public safety COA and COW regulations, cellular or wireless networks, or technical troubleshooting.

• Experience with sUAS, robotics, commercial aviation, public safety, or Department of Defense programs.
• Public safety or sUAS program experience.
• Robotics or sUAS technician experience.
• Basic CRM experience.
