Senior Director, Product Implementation (Healthcare)

Location: Remote-MO; must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship

Salary: $185,700–$352,500 per year

What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmaps by aligning business leaders and technology teams.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle and governance of multiple enterprise-wide products from concept through production and support.
• Lead funding, investment planning, business case development, forecasting, and ROI measurement.
• Coach and monitor agile development processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and team engagement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and technology stakeholders on new systems and changes to existing practices.
• Integrate market changes and technology improvements into product opportunities and implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 10+ years of business operations and systems integration experience in call center, enrollment, billing, payment processing, or similar applications.
• 5+ years of experience in agile software development and large-scale program or project management.
• Management experience with budgeting, business case development, hiring, training, performance management, and change management.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
