Location: Columbus, OH, USA — 910 John Street (CMM Main Campus)

Base pay: $89,800–$149,600 per year, with potential bonus or long-term incentive opportunities.

What you will do

  • Manage products supporting the pharmacy industry across the full product lifecycle.
  • Use industry and market research to recommend product direction and contribute to the portfolio roadmap and strategy.
  • Support P&L responsibilities, including pricing guardrails and commercial deal support.
  • Partner with Commercial, Operations, legal, compliance, and technical teams to define and implement product solutions.
  • Engage customers in co-innovation opportunities and recommend MVP solutions.
  • Prioritize competing initiatives, communicate product rationale, and support value proposition and ROI development.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–7 years of product management or related experience in healthcare technology or the pharmacy industry.
  • Experience with or familiarity with Agile or SAFe product development methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of pharmacy operations, prescription workflows, and the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Understanding of the NCPDP Telecom Standard.
  • Ability to contribute to product development cycles and work effectively with technical teams.

Nice to have

  • Project management experience, including managing timelines through completion.
  • Understanding of pharmacy industry constituents, third-party claims, and managed care.
  • Ability to develop solution value propositions that clearly communicate value and ROI.
  • Experience building effective relationships across organizational lines.
