Lead Technical Product Manager — Digital Pharmacy

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $126,300–$173,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Set product strategy, priorities, roadmaps, outcomes, and MVP definitions for digital pharmacy experiences.
• Own and refine a development-ready product backlog, including features, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, dependencies, and non-functional requirements.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture on technical discovery, solution design, APIs, services, integrations, data flows, and product tradeoffs.
• Identify and develop reusable components, services, business rules, APIs, and platform capabilities for multiple products, channels, clients, and pharmacy experiences.
• Use analytics, customer feedback, and operational data to validate hypotheses, measure outcomes, and scale successful capabilities.
• Drive cross-team delivery sequencing, validate completed work against product outcomes, and continuously evolve the backlog.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Platform Product Management, or a similar role.
• Experience managing complex product and engineering backlogs and writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and product requirements.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, services, integrations, data flows, system dependencies, and modern digital architectures.
• Experience partnering directly with engineers and architects throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Experience building platforms, shared services, or reusable capabilities, with strong product discovery, MVP definition, prioritization, and iterative delivery skills.
• Must be able to work remotely within the United States and maintain a dedicated workspace protecting member PHI/HIPAA information. Home internet must provide at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
