What you will do

• Define and execute operational improvement projects and cross-functional workstreams across manufacturing, supply chain, planning, procurement, quality, logistics, and field operations.
• Develop project charters, current-state assessments, plans, milestones, risk registers, action logs, and portfolio status reports.
• Map workflows, identify root causes, redesign processes, and document future-state procedures, controls, training materials, and ownership.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and apply Lean, standard work, visual management, A3, and PDCA methods.
• Partner with IT and business users on enterprise systems, workflow automation, Oracle adoption, data quality, and operational reporting.
• Establish baselines, track Finance-validated benefits, coordinate adoption activities, and coach teams on continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience leading operational improvement projects or cross-functional workstreams in manufacturing, industrial technology, energy, or engineered products.
• Hands-on experience with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, A3, PDCA, process mapping, or comparable problem-solving methods.
• Strong project management, facilitation, analytical, stakeholder communication, and business-case development skills.
• Experience with enterprise systems, reporting, workflow automation, or digital process changes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work in Nashville, Tennessee, United States.
