Team Lead SAP Project Implementation II

Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA; onsite work with local travel required during project implementation, up to 25%

What you will do

• Lead SAP implementation and execution for designated workstreams across subsidiary locations.
• Develop project plans covering timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and delivery milestones.
• Gather business requirements, identify gaps, maintain testing scripts, and support subsidiary rollouts.
• Coordinate role mapping, SAP security access, business impact analysis, and segregation-of-duties reviews.
• Monitor project phases and stage gates, escalate issues, and maintain communication with stakeholders.
• Support SAP Super Users, resolve routine SAP issues, improve functionality, and assist with BI reporting for business and financial data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of SAP experience.
• Experience leading projects and developing project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, quantitative, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments and collaborate across business units.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Nice to have

• Business Intelligence experience.
• Experience with multiple SAP modules and processes or subject-matter expertise.
