Manager - Manufacturing Finance

Location: Liberty, North Carolina, United States. This is an onsite role and requires the right to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

hirify.global is an automotive manufacturer developing mobility solutions and operating a battery manufacturing facility in North Carolina.

What you will do

• Lead finance activities for hirify.global Battery Manufacturing, North Carolina, including productivity reporting, shop reporting, budget creation, and financial reporting visuals.
• Track productivity and analyze change points affecting the efficiency of manufacturing lines.
• Work directly with shop leads and manufacturing shops to review spending and ensure costs are properly budgeted.
• Prepare budget and quarterly forecast updates, explaining major changes and cost-reduction initiatives to executive management.
• Support analysts in creating standard and ad hoc reports and visualizations for cost-performance analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in finance or a related quantitative or analysis-focused field.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must have the right to work in the United States and must not require current or future hirify.global visa or work authorization sponsorship.

• Previous people leadership experience.
