Finance Head

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States; hybrid remote/office. Travel up to 10% may be required. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

What you will do

• Lead accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and annual bill rate calculations.
• Analyze P&L performance, financial trends, risks, opportunities, and budget variances.
• Manage budgeting and bill rate processes to support accurate cost recovery and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop a finance team of approximately 8–10 employees.
• Partner with business leaders to strengthen financial controls, streamline processes, improve automation, and support decision-making.
• Ensure financial activities are accurate, timely, compliant, and clearly communicated to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Progressive finance experience covering budgeting, forecasting, P&L and cost analysis, reporting, payroll, billing, and rate structures.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing finance teams or managing cross-functional financial processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP, payroll, billing, or financial reporting systems is preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization is required.
