What you will do

• Own the technical relationship with strategic customer accounts after deal closure, partnering with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers.
• Analyze customer software development workflows, identify friction, and design deployment plans that transform organizations into software factories.
• Launch customers quickly and drive sustained product adoption and consumption growth.
• Work with executives and individual users to create high-leverage adoption strategies.
• Build repeatable deployment playbooks, automate operational work, monitor consumption, and address blockers early.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to turn field insights into native Factory capabilities.

Requirements

• Ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments and drive them to results.
• Strong technical foundation in the software development lifecycle and systems design, with the ability to reason about enterprise software delivery.
• Product manager mindset with strong organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, and stakeholder leadership.
• Technical product management, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or engineering experience with a strong customer focus.
• Strong product intuition, user empathy, and credibility with customer engineers and internal Product and Solutions Engineering teams.
• Builder mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to move quickly.
