Manager, Global Procurement (Technology Procurement)

Location: North Hollywood, California, USA; hybrid work with a minimum of three office days per week

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives across software/SaaS, cloud, data and analytics, cybersecurity, hardware, telecommunications, and technology professional services.
• Advise technology and business leaders on supplier, investment, operating-model, and technology spend decisions.
• Run RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, due diligence, and risk, security, privacy, legal, financial, and compliance assessments.
• Lead complex negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, service levels, renewals, price protections, liability, termination, audit rights, and other risk provisions.
• Develop total-cost-of-ownership analyses, business cases, savings models, executive recommendations, and sourcing documentation.
• Improve procurement processes, tools, policies, contract management, and supplier governance in partnership with Legal, Finance, Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, and Technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, including technology categories.
• Experience leading complex sourcing initiatives and commercial negotiations for technology products and services.
• Strong commercial, financial, analytical, interpersonal, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ability to contribute from the office at least three days per week in North Hollywood, California.
