Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Specialist (Fintech)

Location: New York City, New York, USA. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $90,000–$153,000 per year, plus potential annual bonus/commission, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead special projects and expense management initiatives across technology, marketing, legal, finance, and market data spend.
• Analyze internal and external spend data to identify savings opportunities and develop purchasing strategies.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers to align sourcing strategies with organizational priorities.
• Lead competitive bid evaluations and provide recommendations based on rigorous analysis.
• Prepare and present executive summaries and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in procurement, expense management, sourcing, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay platforms and contract or vendor management systems such as Coupa or SAP Ariba.
• Clear communication skills and experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Experience with Power BI or other advanced analytics tools.
• Exposure to change management or project management methodologies.
