Talent Sourcing Partner (Life Sciences)

Location: Remote, USA

Base salary: $109,000–$145,750 per year

What you will do

• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies and measurable referral and outreach plans for assigned searches and priority talent segments.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned with current and forecasted skills gaps across Commercial functions.
• Partner with Recruiting Partners, HRBPs, and hiring leaders on role intake, success profiles, sourcing approaches, and communication cadence.
• Produce market and talent intelligence on talent supply and demand, competitors, compensation, location insights, diversity availability, and funnel conversion.
• Prepare candidate slates, conduct in-depth and behavioral interviews, and provide assessments and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Improve sourcing and recruiting processes, support new tool adoption, and represent hirify.global at conferences, career fairs, networking events, and diversity events.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 6 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in agency, executive search, or corporate environments.
• Experience with direct sourcing of passive candidates, job boards, internet and social media sourcing, networking, and referral-driven sourcing.
• Experience conducting market research, organization mapping, name generation, and candidate development.
• Strong stakeholder management, candidate assessment, cold-calling, relationship-building, and behavioral interviewing skills.
• Ability to analyze and report on talent pipelines and recruiting metrics, influence through data, and support process optimization.

Nice to have

• Life sciences or Commercial recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting change adoption and learning new recruiting technologies.
