What you will do
- Own targeted sourcing strategies for specialist, senior, business-critical, and hard-to-fill roles.
- Lead proactive headhunting, engage passive candidates, and build strategic talent pipelines across key functions and markets.
- Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitor analysis to identify emerging talent pools and market trends.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams, leadership, and senior stakeholders to provide market intelligence and sourcing recommendations.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, AI, automation, and talent intelligence tools to improve sourcing effectiveness.
- Track pipeline quality, sourcing metrics, and conversion rates while supporting end-to-end recruitment and wider hiring projects.
Requirements
- Significant experience in talent sourcing, specialist headhunting, or talent research within a complex, ideally international business.
- Proven experience sourcing senior, specialist, and hard-to-fill roles through proactive headhunting and talent mapping.
- Experience sourcing across Marketing, Commercial, Digital, and Corporate functions.
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence tools, AI, and automation.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work mostly onsite from the Hammersmith office in London, UK.
