Client Support Specialist I (Collections Operations)

What you will do

• Support Senior Client Managers by managing account deliverables, tracking SLAs, and ensuring client requests are completed on time.
• Monitor inbound and outbound client data exchanges, identify defects, and maintain data and inventory integrity.
• Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations and prepare performance reports for growth clients.
• Partner with Client Operations, Account Servicing, and Process teams to resolve tactical issues and reduce operational friction.
• Document process improvement opportunities focused on shortening the time-to-first-placement window.
• Provide dependable operational support to internal teams and external clients in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a collections environment.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and discrepancy-resolution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
