Client Services Representative (Temporary)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; remote contact center environment

Pay rate: $15.97–$41.00 per hour

What you will do

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound customer contacts and identify customer needs.
• Research issues, clarify information, and provide appropriate next steps and solutions.
• Record contact details accurately in the agent ticketing system and maintain ownership of assigned cases.
• Collaborate with internal service partners to resolve cases and maintain sustainable working relationships.
• Follow compliance guidelines, scripts, procedures, and client-specific instructions, including HIPAA requirements.
• Meet contact, quality, call-monitoring, and customer-satisfaction standards while adapting to changing workloads.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; an associate's degree is preferred. Two years of customer service experience with high customer engagement may substitute for an associate's degree.
• Strong data entry skills and proficiency with PCs and multiple applications used simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and written communication, active listening, empathy, adaptability, and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to locate and interpret complex information, follow confidentiality requirements, and handle sensitive personal and health information.
• Ability to work remotely using a hard-wired Ethernet connection; high-speed Wi-Fi with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload is required.
• Ability to work flexible 8.5-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with varying start times.
