Client Solutions Associate (Fintech)

Location: United States, Los Angeles; temporary remote from Los Angeles

What you will do

• Partner with financial-industry clients to understand their business and investment processes.
• Develop client-focused solutions and workflows using hirify.global products.
• Support hirify.global applications and create custom models, screens, and automated processes.
• Plan and lead product training sessions in client offices and at training seminars.
• Collect product feedback and advocate for client needs with Product Development.
• Build long-term client relationships that support product adoption and reduce cancellations.

Requirements

• Strong interest in finance and/or fintech.
• Experience or interest in working in a client-facing support role.
• Ability to learn and use new technology effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, relationship-building, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, including Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree conferred by January 2027.
