Government Operations Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Arlington, Virginia, United States

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year, geo-adjusted based on location and dependent on experience and interview performance.

What you will do

• Own operational outcomes for the Government and National Security stream, supporting fulfillment, customer service, and mission success.
• Act as the Tier 2 technical authority for post-deployment issues and coordinate complex troubleshooting with engineering and mission partners.
• Lead hardware and specialized-service deployments, including delivery, integration, and operator onboarding.
• Execute end-to-end QA for weekly releases across devices, operating systems, and secure network layers.
• Create technical SOPs, field manuals, playbooks, and scalable support documentation.
• Lead high-stakes technical communication and provide actionable go/no-go recommendations to commanders and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in technical operations, mission support, or high-pressure operational roles in military, law enforcement, or national security environments.
• Active Secret clearance required, with the ability to upgrade to TS/SCI.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows, competing priorities, and surge requirements with precision.
• Ability to lead technical dialogues and translate complex system failures into clear operational decisions.
• Experience or aptitude in managing personnel and building support teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with CONUS or OCONUS/deployed supply chain operations.
• Hands-on mobile application testing on iOS and Android, including regression testing and structured bug reporting.
• Familiarity with RF communications, cellular architecture, LTE/5G, or complex signal flows.
• Experience with government agency procurement, security, and operational requirements.
• Experience in zero-downtime or mission-critical operational environments.
