Lead Product Manager

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States; 3–4 days in the office required

Salary: $145,000–$175,000 per year, plus potential bonus, long-term incentive units, and benefits

What you will do

• Define product strategy, vision, roadmaps, requirements, and prioritized backlogs for new capabilities.
• Create technical specifications and user stories, align business needs with technical solutions, and guide design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Lead Agile standups, backlog grooming, planning, release scheduling, and stakeholder validation.
• Manage scope, traceability, interdependencies, risks, budgets, and delivery outcomes across complex initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert and liaison between business, technology, vendor, development, implementation, and support stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance, analyze complex issues, recommend improvements, and mentor team members on product practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management or equivalent experience driving technically focused product strategy and execution.
• Experience leading teams and large initiatives in an Agile, collaborative environment.
• Basic knowledge of public cloud technologies such as AWS.
• Ability to translate customer and business needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal communication, stakeholder management, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with back-end applications.
• Experience in hospitality or technology industries.
• Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and design principles.
