Product Manager (Data & Analytics)

Location: 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY, USA. Hybrid schedule with a minimum of four days per week in the office.

Salary: $110,000–$145,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage products throughout the full lifecycle, from ideation and strategy through delivery, optimization, and live operations.
• Own product vision, success metrics, roadmaps, backlogs, feature documentation, and acceptance criteria for data warehouse and business intelligence platforms.
• Gather requirements from Engineering, Ad Sales, Programming, Operations, Product, Architecture, clients, and vendors, translating complex needs into actionable features and conceptual models.
• Partner with architecture, solutions, engineering teams, and vendors to design technical solutions, automate workflows, and improve integrations.
• Use hands-on data exploration, analytics, user acceptance testing, incident management, and change management to improve product quality and operational stability.
• Track vendor performance, maintain process and SLA documentation, and ensure workflows comply with internal standards and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in technology or media, including 3 years demonstrating strong technical, quantitative, and analytical skills.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle, including scoping, iteration planning, user stories, acceptance criteria, and rollout management.
• Strong written and oral communication, presentation, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, interpret ambiguous problems, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work from the New York office at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• Product management experience in media, television, broadcast, or technology.
• Client engagement, product specification, roadmap, and product launch experience.
• Agile methodology experience.
• Experience with Jira or a similar requirements and development tracking system.
