Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in San Luis Potosí, Mexico

What you will do

• Oversee daily production across LV MNS lines, ensuring on-time delivery, quality compliance, and budget adherence.
• Lead and develop a workforce of more than 400 hourly operators.
• Drive productivity improvements through lean manufacturing and operational excellence methods.
• Prepare and manage the annual production budget and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and customers, including support during customer visits.
• Ensure HSE compliance and promote a zero-incident culture across all shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in production management, manufacturing operations, or similar leadership roles.
• Experience delivering measurable improvements in cost reduction, cycle time, and yield within high-volume manufacturing.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies.
• Experience managing a workforce of at least 400 hourly operators.
• Advanced English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
