What you will do
- Lead process-improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, and root-cause analysis.
- Optimize production lines by reducing waste, stabilizing processes, improving equipment effectiveness, and increasing OEE.
- Implement and integrate Manufacturing Execution Systems, industrial IoT sensors, PLC connectivity, and other Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Extract, model, and visualize operational data with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or R to support predictive and corrective decisions.
- Coordinate Production, Maintenance, IT/OT, Quality, and Safety stakeholders while managing change and adoption of digital tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, root-cause analysis, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa diagrams.
- Experience with manufacturing digitalization, Manufacturing Execution Systems, industrial IoT, and real-time data acquisition.
- Data analysis and business intelligence skills with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or R.
- Ability to diagnose process variables, equipment performance, data flows, and software systems.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, change-management, and complex problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience leading digital-transformation or Industry 4.0 projects in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with OT cybersecurity, cloud-based manufacturing platforms, or advanced predictive analytics.
