Data I/O Operator

Location: Burbank, United States. Shift: 6:00 PM–2:30 AM

Salary: $27.50–$30.50 per hour

Digital asset management operations supporting the handling and delivery of audio/visual media files.

What you will do

• Facilitate the upload and download of digital assets.
• Oversee on-premises and cloud storage repositories.
• Assign taxonomy and metadata to assets and maintain file naming conventions.
• Maintain Universal Folder structure protocols and promote use of the digital asset management system.
• Support critical, time-sensitive requests and perform general administration duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience with a digital asset management system is preferred.
• High computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of digital audio/visual file formats, including WAV, Pro Tools, and ProRes/QuickTime.
• General computer, network, and database knowledge; familiarity with delivery systems such as Aspera Faspex, Aspera on Cloud, and FTP.
• High competency with Mac and Windows operating systems, strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and respond to urgent requests in a positive, professional manner.
