Spare Parts Administrator (Industrial Sales)

What you will do

• Manage customer requests, quotations, and quote-to-cash activities for spare parts.
• Enter customer orders in the ERP system, issue confirmations, and process orders received through web services.
• Monitor order backlogs and coordinate logistics to support on-time and in-full delivery.
• Handle pricing, availability, lead-time, returns, claims, and other order-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with Finance and cross-functional teams on payment terms, non-conformities, and customer issue resolution.
• Participate in customer reviews, promote hirify.global Services Online, and identify opportunities to increase spare parts sales.

Requirements

• Knowledge of trade, supply chain, industrial sales, distribution, spare parts, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of order management and quote-to-cash processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• Logistics or Supply Chain certification.
