Focus on analyzing ocean network constraints, managing exceptions such as port congestion and vessel delays, driving corrective actions, and developing executive-ready recommendations for network optimization.
Location: Onsite in Mexico City, Nava, Obregón, Piedras Negras, or Veracruz, Mexico

What you will do
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly replenishment logistics plans across warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and inventory operations.
- Monitor execution against service, cost, and inventory targets, identify constraints, and drive recovery actions through closure.
- Lead ocean network planning and performance management, including cost, transit time, container velocity, dwell time, claims, damages, and working capital analysis.
- Manage exceptions such as vessel delays, port congestion, customs holds, equipment shortages, drayage constraints, shortages, and damages.
- Build KPI reports, scorecards, operating-review materials, action logs, and executive-ready recommendations for S&OP, S&OE, and logistics forums.
- Coordinate continuous improvement, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, process standardization, and corrective-action projects with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual communication skills.
- Experience coordinating transportation planning and execution or managing carrier performance through scorecards, QBR support, and corrective actions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain action logs, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive closure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using ERP, WMS, TMS, shipment-visibility, and business-intelligence outputs.
- Working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including replenishment, warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, claims and damages, distributors, and customs.
Nice to have
- Exposure to S&OP or S&OE operating models and distributor operations forums.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or structured problem-solving methods.
