What you will do

• Create optimized short-term inventory deployment plans across production facilities, distribution centers, and direct-to-wholesaler assignments.
• Oversee inventory distribution while considering network constraints, forecasted billings, and inventory levels.
• Analyze shipping strategies to balance cost efficiency with customer service levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and brewery operations to assess constraints and create feasible shipment plans.
• Maintain planning parameters and review system-generated shipment recommendations and SAP transactions.
• Identify process improvements and support cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in planning, finance, supply chain, production, or optimization roles.
• Experience with ERP and APS software, business intelligence, and analytics tools.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of inventory deployment practices, related technology, and supporting industry principles.
• Ability to make independent decisions, resolve complex issues, manage conflicts, and drive process improvements.

Nice to have

• APICS certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
