What you will do

• Define and architect DC-DC power systems for MCU products and MCU-based systems.
• Develop innovative buck, buck-boost, boost, and capacitive converter architectures.
• Simulate switching architectures, digital control, and analog impairments using MATLAB, SIMPLIS, or equivalent tools.
• Quantify block-level specifications and implementation impairments affecting overall system performance.
• Lead block-level analog design, integration, layout oversight, review, and signoff when required.
• Collaborate with system architects, marketing, analog and digital designers to ensure requirements are met before and after tapeout, while mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in electronic engineering.
• 10+ years of product development experience, including switch-mode power supply design and architecture.
• Experience with DC-DC system simulation and behavioral modeling.
• Ability to work effectively with system, analog, digital, and product development teams.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
