Project Manager

Location: Bristol or London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end projects and coordinate integrated virtual teams of up to 100 people.
• Work with third-party suppliers, design partners, delivery partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Plan projects, secure resources, manage dependencies, and drive prioritisation and alignment.
• Own delivery against time, budget, quality, risks, issues, and changes, including budgets below £5m.
• Provide governance and reporting through the PMO and communicate with stakeholders up to Director level.
• Shape project outcomes and resolve conflicts through negotiation, influencing, and open communication.

Requirements

• Clear communication and the ability to build collaborative stakeholder relationships.
• Initiative, ownership, confidence in decision-making, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand the technical detail required to deliver projects.
• Capability to lead project teams and maintain effective communication channels.
• Experience with project planning, negotiation, budgeting, risk, issue, and change management is relevant to the role.

Nice to have

• Experience forecasting and managing both Opex and Capex project costs.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders up to Director level.
