Financial Planning Manager

Location: USA - New York City, NY. Domestic and international travel may be required, and applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the hiring process.

Salary: $107,500.00–$188,400.00 USD, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Support GBS, DXG, Legal, HR, Strategy, and GBCM allocations through VSP, LE, and budget cycles.
• Provide key financial insights to divisional business leaders on enterprise function expenses.
• Develop advanced financial data analysis and emerging-trend reporting for senior leadership.
• Support the ongoing development and optimization of financial models.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic financial decisions.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of finance experience, including financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience presenting to and interacting with senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication, risk analysis, budget control, and financial insight communication skills.
• Advanced Excel formula knowledge and experience handling large datasets, including project and actual-results variance analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP, Hyperion, Tagetik, Essbase, or PBCS is preferred.

• Experience in the software or IT industry.
