Virtual Treasury Management Officer I (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage new and existing clients across multiple markets using virtual communication.
• Acquire new clients and grow share of wallet with existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and present treasury management products and services.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document non-credit products and services.
• Use reporting and sales tools to identify and convert opportunities.
• Coordinate with relationship managers and market leaders while managing regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.

Requirements

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with client relationship management, prospecting, sales negotiation, and customer solutions.
• Strong communication, business acumen, decision-making, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage client risk and support hirify.global's enterprise risk management framework.
• Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Philadelphia, PA and work in an office setting.
