TM Advisory Team Leader (Cash Management)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; IL-120 S LaSalle St

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Eligibility for incentive compensation may also apply.

What you will do

• Develop new client relationships through referrals, existing clients, and local business networks.
• Manage commercial and large corporate client portfolios and provide direct client coverage.
• Structure, negotiate, and document cash management arrangements tailored to client needs.
• Analyze client businesses and propose cash management solutions.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and internal partners to support cross-selling, business growth, and client service.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial banking cash management with clients that have complex cash management needs.
• Demonstrated business development, negotiation, client service, and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of business and financial concepts, including the relationship between cash management and financial statements.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified United States location; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.
