Corporate & Institutional Banking Undergraduate Intern (Agency Finance)

Location: In-office in Calabasas, California or Dallas, Texas

Base salary: $18.00–$35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support underwriting activities, including portfolio administration, periodic reviews, due diligence, loan documentation, and fulfillment.
• Assist sales activities through pre-call planning, client research, pre-screening, relationship reviews, and loan structuring.
• Explore multifamily finance through Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac Optigo, and FHA lending platforms.
• Gain exposure to construction, bridge, permanent, and balance-sheet financing solutions.
• Work with relationship teams and senior management on daily operations and deal-making activities.
• Participate in mentoring, job shadowing, networking, and community outreach during the 10-week internship.

Requirements

• Work toward a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, business, mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or another relevant field.
• Junior standing at the time of the internship.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, analytical thinking, effective communication, flexibility, initiative, and self-directed development.
• Availability for an in-office role in Calabasas, California or Dallas, Texas.
