What you will do

  • Lead the design, deployment, training, coaching, and execution of lean continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support production operations in developing lean improvement plans and facilitating kaizens.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate improvement activities across multiple facilities.
  • Train, develop, motivate, and lead facility lean professionals.
  • Deploy standardized continuous improvement tools, methodologies, practices, processes, and metrics.
  • Use problem-solving and lean methods to eliminate waste and improve site performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • At least five years of lean continuous improvement implementation experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Toyota Production System, Danaher Business System, or Shingo Prize methodology.
  • Strong project leadership, communication, organization, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence senior management and collaborate across multiple sites, functions, and team settings.
  • Ability to work in production environments and occasionally travel; physical duties include standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
  • Line operations experience in production, supply chain, materials, sourcing, distribution, logistics, planning, quality, or service.
  • Experience with international companies, matrix organizations, demand flow principles, or PFEP methodology.
  • Understanding of financial measurements and goals in a lean enterprise.
