Continuous Improvement Specialist (Lean Six Sigma)

Base pay range: $65,000–$140,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Portfolio Business Unit objectives.
• Improve project delivery, operational performance, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction through Lean and Six Sigma methods.
• Facilitate process improvement workshops and Kaizen events, and establish standardized processes and governance practices.
• Define and improve business and project KPIs, including dashboards, reporting, trend analysis, and corrective actions.
• Lead complex DMAIC and process improvement projects while coaching Green Belts, Champions, project managers, and functional leaders.
• Drive quality, risk, compliance, and change management initiatives in collaboration with Project Management, Engineering, Installation, Quality, Safety, and other functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or Project Management.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience leading enterprise- or business-unit-wide improvement initiatives and KPI-driven performance management systems.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, root cause analysis, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, MBA, or related advanced degree.
• PMP certification.
• Experience in project-based, engineering, manufacturing, automation, or industrial organizations.
• Value Engineering experience and SAVE certification.
• Experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives.
