Associate, Resource Optimization & Analytics, Global Markets

Location: On-site full-time in Toronto, Canada. Legal eligibility to work at the specified location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.

Annualized base salary: $100,000–$125,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

What you will do

• Build production-grade user interfaces and analytical applications from proof-of-concept and skeleton frameworks.
• Develop dashboards for liquidity, secured funding positions, resource metrics, and performance attribution.
• Create analytics for collateral efficiency, overborrow analysis, and repo and securities efficiency.
• Build what-if portfolio analysis and stress-testing tools within the liquidity framework.
• Develop integrated planning tools connecting scenarios, funds transfer pricing outputs, and liquidity risk metrics.
• Deliver actionable insights for traders, risk managers, and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Significant, demonstrable experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience building end-to-end analytical solutions from data ingestion through front-end reporting and visualization.
• Ability to investigate complex, multi-source datasets and communicate technical concepts to quantitative and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to evolving requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions quickly.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks, Plotly Dash, cloud-based data environments, and data pipelines.
• Machine learning experience with financial or operational datasets.
• Knowledge of predictive or optimization models and capital markets data.
