Sr. Manager, Operations Intelligence & AI

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey, United States

Compensation: $140,000–$180,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders, Technology, and data teams to deliver scalable reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Shape the reporting and AI roadmap, prioritize the delivery backlog, and manage the lifecycle and adoption of analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain business data models, reporting frameworks, metric definitions, information hierarchies, business rules, and data-flow documentation.
• Identify and implement AI, automation, intelligent workflow, Copilot agent, Power Platform, and Power Automate opportunities for Logistics & Distribution.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, Tableau and Power BI solutions, automated reporting, trend analyses, and root-cause analyses.
• Lead cross-functional process improvements, business cases, ROI analyses, pilots, and technology or process improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, automation, process improvement, or related business technology disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and SQL or similar data querying tools.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications, data requirements, solution designs, or reporting frameworks.
• Knowledge of data modeling, reporting architecture, systems integration, data governance, and business rules management.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder partnership, strategic planning, and hands-on delivery skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Looker, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Power Automate.
• Experience developing AI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions.
• Retail, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics, or Operations experience.
• Experience supporting technology implementations, data initiatives, or digital transformation programs.
