Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, VP - Technology Resilience and Enterprise Technology

Expected annual base salary: $160,000–$225,000

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the technology resilience strategy, roadmap, standards, governance framework, and operating model.
• Own recovery readiness across applications, infrastructure, cloud services, platforms, vendors, and end-user technology.
• Define recovery objectives, service criticality classifications, dependencies, minimum operating levels, metrics, and executive reporting.
• Lead disaster recovery testing, tabletop exercises, technical failover tests, cyber recovery exercises, and full-scale recovery events.
• Coordinate technology recovery during major incidents and crisis events with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, operations, engineering, and business teams.
• Support audits, risk assessments, regulatory reviews, client due diligence, and remediation of resilience gaps.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology risk, resilience, disaster recovery, infrastructure operations, technology governance, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale business continuity, disaster recovery, or operational resilience programs in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of disaster recovery, business continuity, operational resilience, cyber recovery, incident command, cloud recovery architectures, infrastructure resilience, and technology risk management.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide testing and exercise programs.
• Experience working with executive leaders, regulators, auditors, risk functions, engineering, infrastructure, security, cloud, operations, and business teams.
• Ability to establish accountability among service owners and influence without direct authority.
