Salary: $96,000–$128,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage the Order Entry and Shipping Department and supervise staff.
• Support order entry, order acknowledgments, and customer order expediting.
• Collaborate on order management and process development.
• Support sales with project lead times, discounts, and pricing.
• Set up new customers and suppliers and provide financial data to Finance and management.
• Prepare bookings, revenue, and inventory reports, coordinate annual budgeting, and process time records and performance reviews.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Experience with specialized business or accounting software.
• Strong organization, initiative, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.
• Manufacturing or cost accounting experience is helpful.
