What you will do

• Drive automated testing and continuous quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Build and evolve scalable test automation frameworks and suites to improve regression coverage and delivery efficiency.
• Develop testing strategies for application performance, load, security, resilience, and service virtualization.
• Apply Test-Driven Development, Behavior-Driven Development, and automation practices to improve testability and maintainability.
• Partner with developers, business stakeholders, and test teams to prioritize risk and deliver quality solutions for complex client initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in software testing, coding, software design, or development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or another technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing automated testing frameworks and unit, component, API, functional, regression, performance, and security test suites.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, continuous integration technologies, and modern testing tools.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, TDD, and BDD.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or another relevant technical discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience developing automated testing strategies across multiple environments, applications, and frameworks.
• Experience with continuous testing, service virtualization, payment security, or PCI testing practices.
