Identity Architect (Microsoft Entra ID)

Location: Remote; occasional travel may be required for company meetings, training, project activities, or other business needs.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and evolve the enterprise identity and access management strategy.
• Serve as the technical leader for Microsoft Entra ID, identity governance, and hybrid identity.
• Deploy and support FIDO2 security keys, Windows Hello for Business, and TPM-backed authentication.
• Develop scalable identity solutions that strengthen security, support compliance, and improve user experience.
• Partner with security, infrastructure, cloud, HR, business systems, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Expand IAM capabilities across Zero Trust, privileged access management, identity governance, and access reviews.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IAM, information security, infrastructure engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM architectures.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, PIM, identity governance, and hybrid identity.
• Hands-on experience with FIDO2, Windows Hello for Business, TPM-backed authentication, identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and PAM.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Kerberos, LDAP, SaaS and on-premises application integration, and compliance frameworks including SOX and SOC.
• Strong project management, documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft SC-300, SC-100, CISSP, or CISM certification.
• Experience with future-state identity governance, automated provisioning, privileged access controls, and enterprise IAM transformation initiatives.
