Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Create and execute short-term and long-term talent acquisition plans.
• Lead university recruiting and develop entry-level talent pipelines.
• Build internal and external talent pools and support employee career movement.
• Use recruitment technology, metrics, and data analytics to improve hiring processes.
• Lead, mentor, and support the Talent Acquisition team.
• Oversee confidential, critical, and high-visibility executive and leadership searches in partnership with senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 4+ years in leadership.
• Experience building internal and external talent pipelines.
• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting teams in high-growth or complex environments.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, communication, relationship-building, employer branding, and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of internal mobility, career development, recruitment technology, metrics, and pipeline development.
