Salary: $83,000–$127,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do
- Administer global equity compensation plans covering stock options, restricted stock units, and performance-based equity grants.
- Support complex equity transactions related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and international expansion.
- Resolve or escalate equity compensation issues directly with executives and employees.
- Maintain accurate records of grants, exercises, cancellations, and terminations in equity management systems.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal audits, regulatory filings, and financial reporting.
- Manage vendors, support stock administration databases, and lead complex international compliance studies and operational projects.
Requirements
- Four-year or graduate degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 4–7 years of experience, preferably in stock administration, equity compensation, or a related field; an advanced degree with 3–5 years of experience may also qualify.
- Knowledge of accounting, equities, auditing, financial statements, reconciliation, internal controls, withholding tax, and SEC filings.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, automation, process improvement, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
- Role location: Vancouver, Washington, United States of America.
