What you will do

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products, features, and market entries.
• Assess market landscapes and competitors to guide go-to-market strategy.
• Define direction and success metrics for financial technology solutions.
• Create comprehensive marketing plans and programs supporting market entry.
• Coordinate sales, marketing, commercial, and product teams to align product development cycles with marketing strategies.
• Drive communication of product benefits and features to target audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant go-to-market strategy and program management experience.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end go-to-market process.
• Experience working with product marketing and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management, conflict management, and resolution.
