Tamara | Production Coordinator

Location: Hybrid remote/in-person in New York, NY, with offices in Hudson Yards

Base salary: $60,000–$70,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Support multiple Producers across brands, timelines, and deliverables, including deck building, vendor outreach, and contract creation.
• Coordinate in-person production logistics such as stage holds, edit room holds, lunch orders, and customer services.
• Onboard freelancers and vendors, prepare documentation, and guide crews through internal processes and expectations.
• Track production costs, process purchase orders and invoices, update actuals, and maintain financial documentation.
• Manage wrap submissions, file structures, production documentation, and archival systems.
• Liaise between Production Operations, pods, finance, signatures, and other internal departments to keep budgets and contracts organized.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience coordinating live-action and/or post-production work in an agency, production company, or set-based environment.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite administrative tools.
• Familiarity with production paperwork and crew/vendor processes.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and respond to production needs outside standard working hours when required.
