Field Implementation Coach - Sioux City, IA

Location: Remote proximity-based work from home, with required residence within 30 minutes or 30 miles of the Sioux City, Iowa Territory within six months of starting. The role involves face-to-face agent interactions and occasional overnight travel across Sioux City, Council Bluffs, Fort Dodge, and Spencer, Iowa. Applicants must be immediately eligible to work lawfully in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $80,600–$95,000 per year, with potential yearly incentive pay of up to 10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Coach independent hirify.global agents and their teams on marketing and technology processes.
• Drive adoption of digital tactics, tools, systems, and enterprise initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing face-to-face, video, and phone-based support and influence behavioral change.
• Coordinate activations and deployments with sales leaders, market-area executives, and other stakeholders.
• Provide technology and system consulting across platforms including Salesforce, Agency Business System, and Good Neighbor Connect.
• Analyze process gaps and recommend implementation tactics aligned with agent goals and business priorities.

Requirements

• Experience coaching, influencing, and building relationships with small business owners or agents.
• Understanding of insurance, agency operations, marketing systems, digital marketing, and office workflows.
• Ability to learn web and non-web programs and support adoption of new systems and processes.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data and reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, OneNote, Excel, and Word.
• Residence within 30 minutes or 30 miles of the Sioux City, Iowa Territory and immediate U.S. work authorization are required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher-level education.
• Agency experience improving sales and office processes across multiple lines of business.
• Technical expertise with ECRM, Salesforce, Agency Business System, or Good Neighbor Connect.
