Supply Chain Planner (Aerospace)

Location: On-site at the El Segundo headquarters, California, United States

Salary: $35.70–$48.30 per hour for the Supply Chain Planner level; Senior Supply Chain Planner level offers a $92,820–$125,580 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Own demand and fulfillment planning for spacecraft capsules.
• Maintain lead times, inventory levels, assembly configurations, and engineering change updates to support production.
• Monitor open orders, inventory health, delays, and supply chain performance metrics.
• Lead clear-to-build meetings with production and engineering teams.
• Define and improve supply chain workflows in the ERP system.
• Support purchase orders, kit fulfillment, and inventory movement as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 1 year of experience, or 4+ years of experience, in engineering, purchasing, material or production planning, operations, supply chain management, or master production scheduling.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Epicor.
• Ability to work on-site in El Segundo, California, United States.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and qualify as a U.S. person for access to export-controlled technology.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, prioritization, and supplier relationship skills.

Nice to have

• Aerospace experience.
• Technical skills with MS Office, VBA, Smartsheet, SQL, Confluence, JIRA, Power BI, or ION.
