Staff Product Manager (Identity and Access Management)

Location: Hybrid role with preferred office locations in San Francisco, New York, or Denver, United States; availability during core business hours is required.

Salary: $181,220–$217,464 per year, with potential eligibility for equity and discretionary bonus programs.

What you will do

• Define the roadmap for user and developer experiences across the hirify.global Control Panel, CLI, and developer tooling.
• Lead the roadmap for identity and access management, AI agent access, and API token lifecycle capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, revenue, security, infrastructure, customer support, and sales engineering teams.
• Translate customer use cases into clear product requirements and synthesize them into product roadmaps.
• Define and monitor data-driven success metrics and support customer adoption.
• Enable seamless, least-privilege, multi-tenant developer workflows across hirify.global’s edge platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management or technical product leadership.
• Experience with security, identity and access management, infrastructure, or developer-facing products is preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executives and customers.
• Ability to identify underlying market problems and translate complex technical capabilities into clear value.
• Availability during core business hours is required.

• Experience building cloud services and applications in an enterprise environment.
