Product Manager, Login, Authentication & Client Protection

Location: Remote - Nationwide within the United States

Base salary: $96,100–$135,700 per year, with eligibility for a bonus program.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for login, multifactor authentication, identity verification, account recovery, and client protection.
• Improve end-to-end customer funnels by reducing friction, abandonment, and unnecessary support contacts while maintaining security and fraud-prevention controls.
• Translate customer, business, and technical needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, recovery options, accessibility requirements, and edge-case handling.
• Use funnel analysis, customer feedback, usability testing, controlled experiments, and outcome metrics to prioritize and evaluate product improvements.
• Lead execution with engineering, design, research, cybersecurity, identity, fraud, compliance, legal, and client service partners.
• Apply AI to research synthesis, data exploration, requirements development, prototyping, and test-scenario identification while validating outputs and protecting confidential data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience improving multistep customer journeys through funnel analytics, customer insights, and testing.
• Practical experience using AI in daily product work, with appropriate validation and judgment.
• Strong ownership, prioritization, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with login, multifactor authentication, passkeys, identity verification, account recovery, security settings, or client protection journeys.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or another highly regulated environment.
• Experience collaborating with cybersecurity, fraud, compliance, or legal teams.
• Experience developing repeatable AI-supported product workflows.
