Customer Care Solutions Analyst

Location: Remote; must reside in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Texas, or Colorado.

Salary: $59,959.00–$95,780.00 per year

What you will do

• Analyze business needs and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop business solutions that improve processes, technology utilization, operational efficiency, and customer service delivery.
• Lead initiatives from concept through implementation by defining requirements, milestones, project plans, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, clarify responsibilities, resolve barriers, and support execution.
• Lead change management activities, including communications, readiness, training coordination, and adoption support.
• Maintain reports and dashboards, monitor performance indicators, and conduct ad hoc analysis to support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of business analysis, process improvement, project management, and change management principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with reporting, data visualization, and business technology tools.
• Must reside in one of the listed eligible U.S. states.
