Project Manager (HVAC)

Location: Hybrid - Elkhart, Indiana, United States

Annual base salary: $90,000-$150,000

What you will do

• Manage estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, billing, design reviews, coordination, and other administrative aspects of mechanical projects.
• Coordinate project kickoff meetings, progress meetings, and closeout activities.
• Gather requirements from clients and facilitate the preparation of working drawings.
• Prepare and submit project proposals independently and with management.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to meet project milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least five years of project management experience.
• Previous experience with Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• High mechanical and electrical aptitude and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
