hirify.global is a SaaS company providing a cloud-based platform that streamlines client engagement workflows for accounting firms.

What you will do

• Own CI gate and test signal quality by triaging failures to root cause, managing quarantined tests, and reviewing PR gate coverage.
• Extend the shared test framework, including fixtures, factories, API clients, page object conventions, and CI test mapping.
• Lead the migration from shell-based convention checks to AST-aware linting.
• Build reusable testing patterns for complex grid assertions, external signing ceremonies, and other difficult scenarios.
• Govern AI-assisted test development through versioned skill files, convention reviews, model-change revalidation, and developer enablement.
• Write critical-path tests, reference implementations, page objects, and fixtures where direct ownership is required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development in test, test automation, or developer tooling within a SaaS environment.
• Experience building or owning a test framework and hands-on ownership of CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep TypeScript expertise; Playwright experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong judgment in assessing whether passing tests provide meaningful verification.
• Experience improving developer productivity through internal tooling, developer experience, or documentation.
• Interest in AI-assisted development and its governance challenges.

• Experience in tax, accounting, fintech, or another regulated industry.
